Shipping Policy for Pallets

All pallet orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout or on the purchase order. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on inventory availability, carrier scheduling, weather, freight conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Pallet shipments are typically delivered via freight carrier and may require a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service depending on the delivery location. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible and prepared to receive the shipment.

Please inspect all pallet deliveries upon arrival. If there is visible damage, shortage, or a shipping issue, note it with the carrier immediately and contact us within 4 hours with photos and order details so we can review the issue.

Shipping charges, including any special handling, residential delivery, limited-access fees, or liftgate charges, may apply unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. Delivery times and freight methods may vary by destination and order size.

For pallet orders, title and risk of loss generally transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
