Returns

Due to food safety and quality standards, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened beverage products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging, if applicable

Once your request has been reviewed, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected product(s)
  • Issue a full or partial refund

Refunds, or replacements are determined based on the nature of the issue and supporting documentation.

Orders Purchased Through Retailers

Products purchased from grocery stores, specialty retailers, online marketplaces, or other authorized resellers must be returned or exchanged according to that retailer's return policy. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Pallet Shipping Issues

If your pallet shipment appears to have been damaged during shipping, please retain all packaging materials and notify us within 4 hours. This information helps us file claims with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
