- Promotion name. This promotion is called Catch 3GO Nitro!
- Prize. The prize is one complimentary can of 3GO Nitro Thai Tea, while supplies last.
- Daily limit. One prize is available per day, unless 3GO Nitro clearly announces a different quantity for a specific event or promotion.
- How to enter. To win, a participant must locate the official 3GO Nitro sales, pop-up, event, or promotional location for that day and say the phrase “3GO Me!” directly to an on-site, authorized 3GO Nitro representative.
- First eligible claimant wins. The first eligible participant to complete the required phrase with an authorized representative, as determined by 3GO Nitro in its reasonable discretion, receives the day’s prize.
- Daily reset. After the daily prize is awarded, the promotion closes for that day. A new opportunity begins the following calendar day, subject to 3GO Nitro’s operating schedule, inventory, event participation, and public location announcements.
- One prize per person. One winner per person per day. 3GO Nitro may limit repeat wins, verify identity, or refuse entry when it reasonably believes a person is attempting to evade the rules.
- Location announcements. Locations may be posted through official 3GO Nitro channels, including social media, website announcements, event listings, and on-site notices. Not every day will have a public appearance or giveaway.
- No reservation or rain check. The prize cannot be reserved, transferred, exchanged for cash, substituted, or redeemed after the daily prize has been claimed. No rain checks will be issued.
- Availability and eligibility. Participants must be present at the location during the applicable operating hours. Participants must meet any age, venue, event, or local-law requirements applicable to receiving the product. Where required, a parent or legal guardian must claim the prize for a minor.
- Conduct. Participants must act safely, respectfully, and lawfully. No running into restricted areas, disrupting an event, harassing staff or guests, or interfering with another participant. 3GO Nitro may disqualify anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
- No purchase necessary. No purchase is necessary to participate or win. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.
- Verification. 3GO Nitro may request reasonable verification of eligibility, identity, or compliance with these rules before awarding a prize.
- Changes or cancellation. 3GO Nitro may modify, pause, substitute, or cancel the promotion at any time due to weather, safety, inventory, venue rules, technical issues, suspected abuse, or other operational needs.
- Decisions final. 3GO Nitro’s decisions regarding eligibility, timing, winner determination, and interpretation of these rules are final.
- Not sponsored by social platforms. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other social-media platform.
- Void where prohibited. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
